Polestar is an automotive brand that focuses on the development and production of electric vehicles. It is a subsidiary of Volvo Car Group and its vehicles are known for combining cutting-edge technology, sustainability, and performance in the electric vehicle market

I was entrusted with the development and implementation of a comprehensive packaged work order management system.

This involved thorough research into user requirements, designing an intuitive user interface, and ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.

The goal was to create a cohesive and efficient system that not only adhered to industry standards but also encapsulated our organization’s unique brand look and feel

To comprehend the users’ needs, it was essential to grasp their current preferences and identify areas for improvement.

Understanding the time constraints and the specific contexts in which tasks were performed played a crucial role in this endeavor

1. Ideation and creation of simple wireframes during a collaborative workshop with users.
2. Conducting a Design Critique involving expert users.
3. Addressing identified issues and refining concepts by developing mid-fidelity wireframes that integrate the brand’s distinctive look and feel.

Solution

The proposed solution has received approval from the leadership team and is currently in the active development phase.

I am actively engaged in overseeing the development process to ensure a seamless alignment with the approved concept.

Additionally, we are diligently incorporating planned features into the development roadmap, aiming to deliver a refined and feature-rich final product.
